Terra Cafe begins with a simple idea: a cafe should feel like a living room you would be proud to bring people to. Somewhere the coffee is taken seriously and nobody rushes you out.
We are opening our first lounge in New Jersey. We plan to buy from roasters we know by name, whisk matcha to order and bake in small batches every morning. The name means earth. Everything we serve starts in the ground, and we intend to treat it that way.
